South-end Update 7/28


There are 95 South-end, South-beach, and Cape Marco condos currently on the market. Forty-eight of these have had at least one price reduction and five have had a price increase. This island location has 15 condos currently under contract, and 7 units have closed since the last Update.

Here's my Top Condo Pick Under 600k:

  • Apollo Unit 908 is a one bedroom condo with views of the entire beach. The weekly rental annual income history has averaged $42,000 over the past three years. The kitchen has been renovated and the list price is $489,900.

Here's my Highlighted Condo Pick Under 1 Million:

Here's my Featured Condo Pick Under 2 Million:

This property is listed at $1.675k.

Here's my House Pick of the Week:
